Printer only prints half of the presentation due to not enough memory.
Cause:
Printer does not have enough available memory to print the complete presentation.
Solution:
Print the presentation in stages, a few slides or pages at a time, or add more memory to the printer.
Do one or both of the following:
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Slides'.
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
b) Select 'Slides' from the 'Print What' drop-down list box.

c) (Optional) Type the number of copies to be printed in the 'Number of copies' box from the 'Copies' group.
d) To print a slide or slides:
1] Select the 'Slides' radio button from the 'Print Range' group.
2] Type slide numbers and/or ranges, separated by commas.
EXAMPLE: 1,3,5-12
e) Click 'OK'.
2) Add more memory to the printer.
NOTE: The above step should be performed by a qualified computer technician.
